To ensure that you have an efficient and wonderful experience at Peach & Palmettos Studios (PPS), please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving 10 minutes late after your scheduled appointment will result in appointment cancellation and/or a rescheduled appointment.
A $25 deposit is required to reserve an appointment for all new clients, and for clients who have not visited the studio in more than six months. This deposit will go toward your services.
All permanent makeup (PMU) services require a consultation prior to scheduling an appointment. After the consultation, a 50% deposit for your PMU services is required when booking your appointment.
No Show/Late Cancellation
Twenty-four-hour notification to cancel an appointment is required via studio phone call/text/or voicemail. No deposit refunds will be given on no shows, late arrivals (after the grace period of 10 minutes) and late cancellations (less than 24-hour notice). Nor will your deposit transfer to a new appointment.
Our reception area is for clients who are being serviced only. There are no guests or children under 13 allowed to wait in the salon unless they are being serviced.
All major credit cards are accepted for services and products.
If for any reason there was an error or mistake with the service that you were provided, we will gladly correct the issue within three (3) days of the original appointment at no additional charge.
Nail Acrylic Application
For the safety and health of your nails, I do not work over any other nail technician’s work. Please come to your appointment with your nails free of acrylic.
Please make sure that you have not waxed, shaved or had laser hair removal services 48 hours prior to your pedicure appointment. Charges and duration of treatments are subject to change based on individualized needs.
